6 tornados near here day before yesterday. Thousands are still without power. Our temps have been anywhere between lower 30s (tonight) to mid 70s. Makes me crazy.

Well it rained and it rained & it was bloody beautiful. We've had in excess of 2 inches in the old money. I need to get the plumber out again to fix my downpipes again. He'll be able to retire on the revenue I'm generating for him. ..sigh...

Now the days are cloudy, windy & broody. Great for getting gardening, walking with coats & scarves wrapped, trying on my flannellete pj's, thick socks & layering my clothes & much cuddling up in bed with a good ---book--- lol

There has been a crazy swirly cold Southerly wind whipping the tree canopies. Must be natures way of pruning, nothing too big is coming down but I'll have to get my roof & gutters cleaned again sooner than later.

So loving the change into Autumn weather.

Nicer weather for the past couple weeks than we’ve had for the past 3 summers... combined. Whoa.

Oh wow we've hurtled back into a heat wave?? :banghead: Hot north westerly wind blowing everything around,evaporating moisture before my eyes. Bushfire popping up all around too.. noooo.....

Time to start watering my baby trees again. :rolleyes:

Ironic that the Australian Royal Commission into the 2019 bushfires should commence today. Mother nature is saying no need to talk about it, I'll show you all..

Very, very windy today. Beautiful with a cloudless blue sky this am, rained (with "graupel" - new word for me) for about 2 min this afternoon. We have a freeze warning for tonight.

Outside? Beautiful sunny. Cold but otherwise perfect sailing weather.

Life? We're in for a maelstorm.
Just happy for some slowdowns. Slight works too. Better some time, than none.

Joys. Wasn't in one of *that* adventure weather for years :D

Cooled down rapidly and now wouldn't even be 20?

Snow on those hills somewhere. I can feel it in little wisps of air current.

But a lovely day, sunny a little bit cloudy but deliciously cool.

Went out briefly today to take pictures. Windy and pretty chilly, but with a lovely blue sky. I heard we are supposed to get rain tomorrow.
