Today was one for the books! A perfect sunny blue sky light breeze 82 degree day. ???

We have been getting a whole lotta rain these past few weeks. Crazy storms. Hail. Still alot of flooding in the area especially the waterfront homes and businesses. And more rain on the way. Sheesh!!

So today was a welcome surprise.

I am cold today. It is overcast and cloudy although dry so far.

Today started out cold and grey.. about 2 C. By mid morning the sun had found a way through and the morning began to warm up. No breeze, no clouds and eventually it was a brilliant sunny day in the middle of Winter.

We've just had a little bit of rain in the last week and another large weather front is on the way. Hopefully it will bring us more rain by Saturday.

Nowhere near our usual rainfall averages but hey anything is better than nothing in the middle of a drought. :)

I went outside overnight and it was unusually mild. Certainly nowhere near zero for a change. The sky seemed heavy and there were no stars. Then the first few drops began and it drizzled beautiful rain for about ten hours. Only 30 ml but still that is a welcome relief and is sure to give the crops and pastures some help.

So it was a grey day with steady rain. Yay!

and.. if we are so lucky - another rain front may be coming towards us in about three days... :)

It is mostly sunny and very humid, with a projected high of about 90 degrees.

Hot A.F. 88 F with the humidity it "feels like 98". Omg. I can't take it!!!

A grey, cold day. No rain.. it's too cold to rain. A bit gusty at times and rain on the way I hope. :)

Yesterday was 98F with the heat index 115F. Horrible!! A nasty storm blew in and it dropped 30 degrees.

Today was a high of 82F sunny and breezy. Perfect.

Currently it's 70F and just stopped raining. More rain to come.
