Current Weather

I’m trying to remember the last time I had normal sized hair. Failing. But trying.

It is currently 18 degrees, which is too cold for me. Actually, anything below 52 degrees is too cold for me, so I bundle up with layers of thermals, a thick hoodie, gloves, etc. even when it is just a little bit cold., especially if the wind is blowing.

I’m mostly inside, so it doesn’t really feel like it counts.

Isolated oasis, being inside. Houses, cars, the world doing its thing whilst we live comfortably.

I've just suffered through another hot day. 44 c = 111.2 f - if you were wondering. :cry: I don't like summer! ..sigh...

I've just finished watering my baby citrus trees and the few pot plants that have survived. Saying a prayer - hang in there little ones...

My backyard looks blank. Cannot afford the water in either the morality or monetary sense to grow anything else.

Tomorrow it's going to land somewhere between 45 c & 47.5 c = 113 - 117.5 f.

A lot of the country is either burnt or on fire. I'm surrounded by smoke haze.

However the gum trees outside are just loving this weather. I stepped outside and was 'snowed' on by trillions of blossoms being released in the heat. Surreal really. Gum trees will inherit this country when we're all gone. :)

Torrential rain. The gale has gone and just left this never ending sky tap. I don’t think i’ll Be getting fresh poultry for because the farm I go to is on the other side of low ground from me.... my way there will be flooded.

I know people claim to like this weather. I suspect my son is just f*cking with me, though :shifty:

Still raining. 3 months down. 7 to go.

It is currently freezing at 32 degrees. Later today we will warm up to the temperature of a cave, at 52 degrees. Seasonally cool for this time of year.

Today was an easy 29 c with a cool southerly breeze. Smoke haze and acrid smell but otherwise not a bad day really. :)

Not so far away... out of control bushfires and catastrophic weather events.

Watching and waiting.

Where's my ark!? It's been drizzling/raining here for days it seems. Not normal for or welcome. Today, it's overcast and 61 degrees (F) at Noon. Blech, blah, depressing. ?

Smoke haze is thick. I thought it was white cumulus clouds. Turns out it was smoke.. ugh...

The water has a film of black soot floating on it.. ugh..

Fires still burning... no rain... 38 C
