Getting to be furnace like here. They don't use their air conditioning here. I am not a fan of this situation, but it is what it is. But Papa Bear got me a little desk fan for Xmas, and it is quite the perfect gift for the studying/writing person.

Only 7 more months of rain..... Dreary sodden damp, murky mucky yuck & yucky.

The heat seeped out of the day. I swam 10 laps. It cooled down.

Today it will be 38 degrees in Perth. Hot and sunny as usual. Thank god for airconditioning.

Very, very hot here on the Gold Coast @Loloma. No air conditioning so I will go for several swims in the local pool.

Very, very hot here. Managing Papa Bear, his hydration and his dementia pretty well.

Luckily I do have the aircon @Ms Spock but don't turn it on till late afternoon to save on electricity.

I went and swam 20 laps and then I have sought refuge in the local library.

At 6.30am it was almost too hot to exercise, so I will go for a swim. We are still gradually melting here. Just sitting means you are perspiring.

After four and a half years I am still living on mountain time. Here in the flatlands they get a early spring starting in Janurary. There is a little chill but today has been beautiful. Have to love the Southern California flatlands.
