25% up to a max of 6,000. Sucks but think, at least your not in my position! The same bastards that won't accommodate my disabilities are the ones that'll review my application for disability lol.

I was very lucky because I went to the department for traumatic stress research at the university and was tested and diagnosed so I had a good case and was instantly approved for disability.

I hear that they want you to give up and go away, so I would also recommend an attorney to help you with your case. I wish you the best.

Thank you SOOO much! Words cannot express my appreciation! I finally called them today.

Background: I'm living out of my car now & decided to actually brave physically walking into the social security office and trying to get some action... Updating them that I'm living out of my car ect. They were horrible, unhelpful and straight out lied. I left trying to hide the tears streaming down my face.

Fell into depths of despair. Mind was going to bad places. And then... I remembered that you had suggested something a while back.

End of the story: I just got off the phone with them. They were SO helpful, kind, in depth and positive. I hung up with hope.

And that is something I don't know how to repay you with so thank you from the bottom of my now hopeful heart, although insufficient, is all I got for u :)
