My right foot twitches when my legs are crossed, right over left. My right eye twitches when I'm really stressed.

Some meds cause twitiching too. I'm afraind of those.

I'll be sitting down relaxed and it happens. not so much now, maybe its the meds. Used to happen all the time. My legs and arms.

I answered yes to this question because I have the same issue. I have noticed I tend to twitch alot more when I am stressed, or I have just recently been stressed or even if I am relaxed.

Hemmy xXx

My leg muscles and arm muscles twitch when the anxiety is too high ... they are a good stress thermometer :)

I do this thing when anxious. I'm not really in much control of it. I call it "tensing"

All the muscles around and under my ribs tense up. Sometimes it's my throat. Eventually the pressure on my body of doing this gives me headache, but I can't stop

It gets a lot worse the more anxious I feel

Yes, when I´m in a bad state, my head shakes as if I´m saying, "no," but I´m not. It´s rhythmic and can last for hours when I am stressed.

Twitches definitely increase when I'm symptomatic. Don't know if it is the meds, the PTSD, getting older or what

Eye and facial (cheeks) twitch. Hands/arms shake majority of the time. At night my I have leg and arm jerks...

That kinda happens to me too.. I wake up about 3-5 times a night having minor convulsions in my arms and hands, but if i concentrate on stopping and relaxing my muscles it goes away. So I can kinda control it, but only if I concentrate. It's weird. Anyone else have this experience?

If I forget to take my pain killers on time, the first thing I find is that I start to yawn a lot, and feel really tired, then I start to "rattle" (that's a term we use when you see junkies who are in dire need of a fix)

That means I can't settle, my hands start to shake, can't relax, have to sit in my hands, start to sweat, in fact it's a horrible feeling to have.

Yet, within an hour of taking my pills, I feel OK again?
