I haven't noticed having any lately, i.e. since medication, but I used to get these little muscle twitches or...

I have them, especially if I am triggered. I will also hold my breath and zone out.

I don't really twitch, but my hands frequently get shaky. Sometimes it's bad enough that I have trouble typing things in on my phone. But it's a side effect of my antidepressants and it hasn't gotten any worse, so I'm not too bothered by it.
