Poll Does Anyone Else Have Anger Issues Regarding This Forum?

I'm sorry to read that there is an infraction system here. I really don't think those are great in a forum with sensitive people. I think if someone is clearly being a jerk it's the only time to act. I even have a problem at the thought of an infraction so I guess I would have a problem with that. I'm feeling all growly just thinking about it.

Some people are just odd, I was searching the internet the other day and found a guy who got banned from this site and went to a different site and basically slandered a bunch of people here on the other site, I was glad to see that thread on the other site get locked.

There isn't an infraction system here any more. Hasn't been for ages. Note that this thread was started four years ago!

I noticed that too, I'm not opposed to digging up an old topic just for discussion however. There are some good points here I guess, although I am still confused on how somebody could be angry at anything here on the forum. It is a good forum yes, but it is still just a forum, it is still just the internet. I do understand that people bring their own moods with them into the forums, but I just mean having some kind of hate towards the forum or other people on here, doesn't make sense to me.

I'm not opposed to people bringing up old topics for discussion either. That's why old posts aren't deleted, there is a lot of good information in many posts across the board. Just that sometimes people don't notice they are 'old threads', and some things change. Be that changes in forum rules and procedures, or advances in science and knowledge of PTSD, etc.
