It's tough at the beginning but it can and does get better. It's hard to believe at first, I know but it's true.
It's kind of a good news bad news thing. The bad news is that PTSD is something you'll have for the rest of your life. The good news is that it does get better and eventually you'll have many more good days than bad. Just take it one day at a time. We're all here for ya.
