If your still re reading the last chapter of your life how can you start the next one...

That may be so for the average person but for the PTSDr I have played around with that one a bit...i think it would sound more like this...

If the last chapter of your life is a crime scene you need to go and have a good dig about in it to find out what the hell happened.

Love yours so much better. I think alot of inspirational quotes are bunk. They generalize issues that are in reality far more complicated.

I like inspirational quotes quite a lot and often times use them to turn away from a tough/rough/bad/ugly mindset. Having a memory quote (usually a famous inspirational one but not always) was an old trick I learned a long time ago to stop ruminative compulsive thoughts.
