Easter candy anyone?

So I was sitting here having an absolutely crappy evening for more reasons that I can name wishing I had something I could snack on something sweet and not wanting to leave the house when suddenly I remembered that during my lunch hour I gave into impulse when I was picking up my prescription and splurged on some Easter candy.

So, since I gave in to the impulse and I am probably going to really feel guilty tomorrow I thought I would help to pass the time this evening and ask what everyone's favorite Easter/Spring holiday candy is and have you given in to the impulse to have any recently.

I am indulging in "mini robin eggs" which are candy coated malted milk balls in an oval shape. I don't really like malted milk balls the rest of the year but something about the candy coating makes me crave them this time of year.

I used to love Cadbury Creme Eggs but either they changed or I changed. I find them so sickly sweet now.

I'm gonna go with black jelly beans. I like the Jelly Bellys too but I don't have the patience anymore to look up each one to figure out if it's delicious or gross.

Peeps are horrible and always have been.

oh @somerandomguy black jelly beans I love those too and for everyone out there picking them out of there haul? I will take them and enjoy every bite! @Friday I have never liked Cadbury eggs, they always seem to sweet to me (silly for candy if you think about it how can they be too sweet) but marshmallow filled chocolate? yummy.

Peanut butter eggs are my fave!

I was so picky as a kid. I HATED hollow chocolate bunnies and “made” the Easter bunny shop at the local candy store for the solid chocolate. I never got bunnies though, but lots of other random
Chocolate objects lol.

Ooh the chocolate bunnies with caramel inside!

Speaking of candy but a bit unrelated: if you have little kids, the night before Easter “plant” jelly beans with them and in the morning they will sprout into lollipops. It’s a huge hit around here!

Our dollar store sells a cross that is made of milk chocolate. It is solid, not hollow. It is about 8 inches tall by 6 inches wide or so. I love eating a bit of it each day, waiting for Sunday to eat the rest of it. I wish they made one with a white chocolate Easter Lily in the center of it! That is my idea.
