Because I am from a dysfunctional family, so some are dysfuntional in the way I am others just in general. S I don't really have the option to be like 'hey you're toxic to me so I am ending contact." they wouldn't respect that.
I mean my mom called me the other day wondering my dads jail adress(hes out now so she doesn't know) cause she wanted to write a letter to make ammends to people shes hurt. Honestly it would be better if she just leaves my dad the hell alone. Dont want to tell her hes out of jail or that means less help for me...........its really the psych ward or suicide by now.
