Sadly I am alone. I live abroad and finding an english speaking therapist is almost impossible.
Have you thought about [DLMURL="https://www.ptsdforum.org/c/wiki/interapy/"]interapy[/DLMURL]? I don't know anything about it other than what's written in the Wiki link. It might be worth looking in to.

(((((Anna))))) It's never too late. Being short does not mean that it's impossible to transition. Only narrow-minded idiots are mean to 'small guys' and there's no reason to give those tossers the time of day!

There are lots of different options, some of which wouldn't require surgery or anything. I think society on the whole is way better at dealing with both cismen and ciswomen who have the typical 'traits' and interests associated with the opposite sex. I don't think it's as big of a deal as it may seem. Often it's more scary than the reality turns out to be.

Stuff the 'rules' on gender- just be yourself. Wear whatever you want, talk however you want and pursue your interests. Nobody else is you, nobody else knows what being you is like, so what does their opinion matter? I know it's easier said than done, I really do and I'm guilty of conforming when I don't want to. But, I'm realising that I'm making myself unhappy and no matter what I do, somebody won't like it, that's life.

Good luck! I agree with CB, look into therapy online/skype or something. An English speaking therapist is bound to help.
