I prepped a gumbo last night… but my back seized up. If I don’t get it made this morning before I leave for work? It’s wasted.

I keep telling myself it’s not that much work to fire it off. But it’s more work than I’m really prepared to do before heading into work. So it’s gonna be a push. But a worth it, push.
