I just received a message that today is the first anniversary of me becoming a member of the MyPTSD community.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone here for making this community such a valuable and helpful resource to all those who suffer from PTSD or support those who do.
I have learnt so much, and the advice and support I have received has helped improve my relationship with my PTSD sufferer in many many ways. I hope that my posts have in some small way helped others in turn.
