Yes.
From a previous GP who told me I had " wrong thinking " when I had a breakdown on top of my previously diagnosed PTSD. If she had looked in my file she would have seen the letter confirming the diagnosis.

No, because I don't tell anyone I have it. I do not want to be treated any differently because of it. From my experience if you share, people automatically have this bias towards you and label you. I have only seen negative reactions as such. I don't want people to feel sorry for me or think I am mad. I tend to keep myself to myself. I do not share. Only people who know are very close friends and family.

I put "no" too but I haven't told anyone except my Mother and she was fine.

Seems that those who are "out" have experienced bias. You can't experience bias if nobody knows...
