My signifiant other is a 7 year infantry army veteran, on monday he shared one of his injuries with me that I honestly had no idea about. Best of all, it was all nonchalant in a text! & completely random. What a wonderful thing to be able to break down those walls slowly without forcing and prying but with love and compassion! Baby steps and I'm so proud of him.
