Felt really dumb n inconsiderate yesterday coz my bf was off and distant all day turns out it probably was the fireworks triggering his PTSD. I feel awful

Don't feel guilty , there's going to lots more emotions being displayed , just be supportive which I'm sure you are and take each day slowly .

Ty the thing I'm scared of also is when he has night terrors is how to handle it. I also don't like seeing him depressed n anxious afterwards but I know its part of it trying to learn how best to be supportive.
