Lmao... I just reordered my tablet. For the 19th zillion time. If it's not clear, grouped, and ordered? I stop being able to see anything on it properly.

Back when I had my MBP? Oy! Thank the programmers-that-be for Spaces & stacking & tiling & profiles. Cough. I'd still have something like 60 pages open in Safari, and dozens of things opens and running in different spaces & profiles. It was chaos, but an ordered chaos.

Oh God. I thought you meant my actual desk top. As in - I cannot see it at all due to piles of paperwork which have all fallen on top of each other. It's depressing as hell. So much for the paperless office they've been promising me for 15 years now...

I have no icons on my desktop. So it is veryyyyyyyyyy clean. :D Just only wallpaper, I change it time to time.

At work? I've got you beat.
Several spread sheets, 6 pdfs, 4 different versions of my work email opened,two different browsers and several windows in each. I'm terrible at remembering where I saved something important so EVERYTHING is saved in a file directly on the desktop.
Of course, I forget what I named the file something is supposed to go to so then I have a bunch stuff saved directly to the desktop till I can think clearely about where it belongs.

It's a terrible way of doing things but it's the only way I survive right now.

God help me and my department if my computer crashes. I don't have a back up of the last year and the giant 20 year projected budget. I should probably do that soon.

*shudder*
At home? I keep it simple: everything is on an ipad and stored either on the cloud (no organization) or drop box (I can never find ANYTHING in my drop box)

wild! ever meet one of those people who shoves everything under the bed and calls it clean? meet desktop. everything's in-browser or tucked away in caja. think i have 3 different browsers open atm with about 15 tabs in each one + diff work spaces incl. LAMP running the hamster wheel somewhere... i seriously need to upgrade my icons. and yep i have two sound icons. i'm too laze to uninstall xfce. so i have two sound applications... like normal people do.
