How Did You Sleep Last Night?

So I'm not entirely sure what is going on but I slept for around 10 hours again today and woke up at 4pm. ┐⁠(⁠´⁠ー⁠`⁠)⁠┌

Been having an episode for 3 days and probably it's the adrenal fatigue ...
 
Horrible, I have a headache now. Slept for 4? hours and I'm definitely hallucinating if I'm awake, I'm tired enough to go back to sleep but need to heighten some sense to make sure it's not real. Also had to use an alarm yesterday so that must be what started it.
 
i slept well, a bit tired because i went to sleep late but it’s manageable. lots of dreams but nothing that messed up this time.


So I slept between 5am - 5pm and still feel half asleep, wasn't even active yesterday, HOW ?!!
energy is also about nutrition; you can sleep for 18 hours but it won’t replace eating enough.
is there any way you can toe the line to having a little bit more? i don’t know too much about ED management but like most things i’m guessing it will involve challenging the beliefs, in gradual increments. nothing too drastic at first?
