At this time of year I go to bed when the sun comes up and usually manage between 4-5 hours. For some reason I sleep better when I can hear the dawn chorus.

energy is also about nutrition; you can sleep for 18 hours but it won’t replace eating enough.So I slept between 5am - 5pm and still feel half asleep, wasn't even active yesterday, HOW ?!!
