I just either don`t sleep, or doze between nightmare flashbacks of mine or just sleep like a stone (after i took one of those no-go pills). Lack of good sleep usually results in me beeing unable to focus or concentrate during the day and feeling depressive. and circling like a vulture into bad thoughts... (mostly details of the trigger sceneries... )
sometimes the stress level gets me so agitated that my stomache and bowels need to dispose of all the food in there... usually the "standard way", but very quickly.
i also noted i sleep best with some "emergency bag" ready. stuff that`s helpful in my trigger situations. knowing where it is helps a bit.
back to bed, next attempt. its 5am here... 3 hours to the alarm. today`s already going to be bad... :/
