How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Regular 7.5h. Dreamed something off I think(not a nightmare but leaving bad feeling when I wake still,like a worry)- but grounded in my morning routine and now I can't even remember what it was 😌
 
I went to bed early. That's become a routine. I kept waking up during the night and putting videos on so I could sleep and listen. I put ice packs under my neck. I kept waking distressed. I kept going to sleep again. I am taking sleeping tablets at this time.
 
8 hours . Don’t really wake up at night anymore as long as I keep busy during the day my sleep so far on keto has been good but if I feel down and don’t d stuff it isn’t as good.
 
Sleep was shit last night. Got the flu. Horrible night. Went to bed at 7pm, I pretty much was in and out of sleep for most of the night, apparently coughing lots, even with the vaporizer in the room. I am feeling slightly better today, slept during the day, and hoping tonight is better.
