How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Not great at the moment i seem to be waking up hourly once i actually get off so annoying and by time morning here i don't want move my body feels so heavy and on strike.
 
A couple of nights ago, I had a nightmare and was froze and could not move in it. It was reallly weird and then it was as if someone were holding me down. I think it was because I stopped taking Ambien
 
Slept well for the first time in two weeks! Only woke once but fell right back to sleep, no panics.

I tried this "sleep recipe" for the second time and this time think it helped: 5 cups epsom salts + 1 cup baking soda in bath water as warm as you can tolerate. Soak for 10-20 mins. Very relaxing!
 
I guess I got to attempt sleep. I figure I can't fall asleep if I don't even try.

I really dig the way I fell asleep last night and woke up this morning. The whole thing felt so natural. I just couldn't keep my eyes open another moment for the zombie show, fell asleep on the couch curled up. My husband got up, went off to bed and tried to encourage me to do the same, but I was out like a light and so I woke up this morning while still partially seated, yet curled up like a baby sideways and while resting my head in between the couchs back cushion and its arm, and with what felt like my blankie :laugh: and all.

:)..:tup:..:whistling: It was really comfy of a sleep, cool upon awakening and everything about sleep was actually very enjoyable!
