How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I slept OK. I was really hot and I fell asleep with lots of bits sticking out of the duvet. Then I woke feeling very cold and with cramp in my ankle .

Slept better than the night before with a little help from Ativan and sleeping pills. I fell asleep to the TV and woke up at 5am with it still going and me in the same position. Went back to sleep for another hour. Not sure if I had nightmares or not, but woke up very anxious - and still tired -so I am assuming they were there. I'm now going to try to switch to Valerian root. The night before it didn't work - and I had a horrible conversation with my husband. I wanted to go to therapy today at least a little refreshed. So I broke down with the Ativan and sleeping pills. I'll try Valerian root again tonight. Does it take a while to start really working?

Couldn't get to sleep until around 7 am, then Dad called me about a weekend event I can't afford to attend at 11:30. Not enough sleep, and I feel guilty about taking a nap with all the things I should get done.

Slept an hour, woke up, slept another hour, woke up. I am going to be making an appointment to do a police report today. It will probably be next week that I finally do it.

I did not sleep well. I had insomnia again. When i did sleep I had a dream about what I wrote on this site last night. I think drinking wine in the hopes that it will make me sleepy was not my best idea, lol.

I finally slept about 6 hours last night. It was really nice to finally do that. I was so exhausted from days of not sleeping from the immense stress reactions and the adrenaline that my body finally wore out and had to crash. I thank god.
