How Did You Sleep Last Night?

My doses of Risperidone and Prozac were doubled and I was put on Prazosin. After a week I can say I finally got a wonderful 8 hours of almost blissful sleep (I used to run a housekeeping business and all night long I cleaned house in my sleep). I don't feel worn out this morning. I feel clear headed. Amazing. I wonder how long it will last? Can I possibly get 8 hours again tonight? I can honestly say I feel good for a change.

Took me a long time to settle down and sleep even despite Seroquel, which makes me very sleepy. Was feeling anxious and tied up in knots last night over a few things. Slept deeply once I did get to sleep. Can't remember my dreams, which is good.

It's 3 in the morning right now and I got a blissful 5 hours of sleep. Even though it's 3 in the morning I don't mind. If I get upset I only make it worse and I thank my lucky stars for that much sleep. I wish I could have gotten 8 hours but I can take a nap whenever I want and I may do that today. I won't pass up a nap if I feel like it that is. I don't seem to have a problem falling asleep in the middle of the day. It's nighttime that steals my sleep.

Up until 4am, finally crashed. Kept waking up in between deep sleep. Can't remember any dreams but I woke up this morning terribly tense and achy all over, and my jaw hurts - I must have been really tense and clenching my teeth in my sleep.

Went to bed at 10pm, woke up at 1am. Had a weirdly lucid, terrifying dream that I was in prison and was being raped by a prison guard - it was lucid in that I was also aware of being in bed and was aware of my bedroom at the same time. Felt like I was awake, yet I was having this horrible dream. Couldn't sleep at all after that.
