I ended up staying up until about 3 am working on my paper and then woke up at 8 continuing to work on it. What's sad is I only have about 2 really good and long paragraphs and a start to a third...and I need 6 pages total. Are you ok now?
I'm the type that's too afraid too leave my house :(What I did? Left lol went for a walk til it was over.
Turn the porch light off, close the curtains And go to your room. There you go!I'm the type that's too afraid too leave my house :(
Oh, I do that every night!!Turn the porch light off, close the curtains And go to your room. There you go!
Bless your heartOh, I do that every night!!
I always thought of projects in taking small steps. Meaning I usually never attempt to get it all done at once. First an outline, then reward yourself with a snack, a pleasurable activity for 10 to 15 minutes, then on to taking the next step. Write just one or two paragraphs, or do research, print it and put it down again, back to something you like to do and so on. I find it is much easier that way.None of my Trauma Anniversaries fall on this day, but I have extreme paranoia especially at night...
