How Do You Deal With An Impossible Colleague?

I talked to one of the admins for just a minute today. It's all no-big-deal. He doesn't see me as creating safety hazards and he also understands my frustration with this colleague. Whew. I can understand being called out for real problems, but with her it's always a sort of "I-need-to-control-everything" sh*t storm that simultaneously serves to create a division of she's all-good and everyone else is "bad." It's just not working so well for her anymore. That's all I want to know...that reality prevails...
