How do you fill/ structure your day?

I did a fair amount of volunteering and it was very rewarding. However, things got so bad with the brain fog, etc that I could not commit to any sort of schedule. Now that I understand how much PTSD has been contributing to the problems I am making great strides forward and I am starting to be able to engage in the outer world more. I will have to look into volunteering again. It is a great way to break the isolation.
