How do you keep score?

I don't really keep score each day, because it would mainly be "0", lol. But I have made a list of some of my big accomplishments since my divorce. Like quitting drinking, going back to college, paying off alot of debt, losing 60 lbs, figuring out that I have PTSD, figuring out my co-dependence issues, going back to therapy, dropping Nihilism and going back to Goddess. All of these things are objective victories in my life that I've pulled off. So there is that. But in terms of 'little' things, I don't mind patting myself on the back for doing things like laundry, cleaning, brushing my teeth, etc. Daily upkeep is a kinda big deal because SO MANY people don't do it. Even the so-called 'norms'... So there's me.
