So if I understand right, you have responded to a facebook message to someone regarding something that isn't a healthy behavior for you either way, and are now worried how things will go from there, is that correct?
And you're beating yourself over being too impulsive / reckless, despite knowing where that leads, and the impulsivity being a part of your mental health issues?
Well, first off, I'd relax. A message is just that. A message. How it will be received can be miles away from how it's intended, and how it will be acted on? Depends on so many factors that are hard to predict. Things may be moving, but that doesn't mean they're moving in the directions you fear them going. Or that you can't withdraw from them.
