Hi there OP, your thread popped up as a resonant one for my own journey and the forum algorithm nailed it. Where are you at these days regarding your situation? I am again on the cusp of setting everything on fire because I am really unable to tolerate some bad behaviors anymore. Curious what worked out for you.

There is a huge gap between trigger and abuse. To me it seems like you are afraid to realize you are in doublebind situation: leave you are afraid. stay you are afraid.
