I Am Still A Good Person

I saw my therapist today and he asked me if I would like him to be in touch with my new psychiatrist. I guess maybe I showed that I liked her more then I thought becasue he never asked that before.

So he is planning on sending her a letter. I think about mostly the focus of our therapy sessions which is mostly bipolar management and quality of life right now.

The first thing I thought...and that I didn't say out loud was: Maybe then, with my therapist to back me, that fact that I am a good person despite everything will be more clear. It will look like I am making good progress and I work will with others (that I respect).
