I feel like I get so much b.s. from people on a social level. I don't feel like people are treating be like a child so much any more, but I felt like that for years. I know it's about me and not about the whole world.
Still, I stay away from people, and I'm tired of being isolated. I want a choice. So, I hope to get in to a DBT group. From what I've read that will make a lot of difference (as long as the therapist doesn't treat me like a child!).
