WW, you'll be just fine. But try harder to get some sleep, because sleep is important. The less sleep you get, the harder it is to take over you emotions. Try everything you must, but get some sleep.
I'll keep you in my thoughts today. Waiting to hear from you. ((((hugs))))
 
Fingers crossed that you got some sleep and that you make it to your appointment. Remember your pocket buddies :)
