I Need Some Advice

Do they ever have to know what kind of hospital? If they do is all that bad they know, they...

My family is a very dysfunctional unit and me living with my parents is a large part of what is causing me to want to end it all. I don't mean to sound like im blaming them. Telling my parents that I have to go into hospital will cause a huge issue as it is for 4 weeks (from what I can figure out /remember from T discussion). Is it fair to ask my T or GP to tell them so I don't have too?

I still dont understand how I can be a shaking sobbing mess in my T's office one minute and the next be somewhat functional. I feel like im lying or being fake or something.

I feel the same way sometimes. I think it's survival not faking. You just have to find ways of surviving.
