Find it hard to express emotions, to take in ther people’s compassion(Depending on the individual, their ways of expressing). Mother has a Cancer Diagnosis, unprocessed Trauma and Paranoia.

I realize I am unable to set and maintain boundaries, and I am so in tune with others’ needs I don’t know myself or what makes me truly happy.

I realize that I... can fly off the deep end sometimes. I try hard not to, but sometimes longstanding traumatization gets the better of me.

I realize I can't prematurely open my, or anyone else's, cocoon to hurry up the necessary stages of any transformation process. Each and every stage is unique to the individual. Perceptions can never be completely accurate interpretations.

Finding it very hard to maintain the conversation with GN and SN when they talk about Gratitude extracted from some typical selfhelp book, I smell falseness all the way! Hollowness is boring. Note to self: Let people have their own strategies to deal with life! It’s none of my Business!

@ladee.. yes.. it’s hard to get out of the felt dread, futility and loads of Grief.
