I realize that I will never be a person who likes to move....

I realize that I learned a lot how to dismantle and built stuff and to use tools during the last week. ...I'm not totally dependent on men.

I realized how scared I am of rejoining the work place. I have to figure out a way to be brave when I finally do get a job. I really have to watch my cognitive distortions in this area. of my life. I do not feel competent enough yet.

I realise that I can get to being only Mildly Depression. I went from Extreme Depression to Severe Depression to Moderate Depression on the Burns' checklist this year!

I can improve! I realise I can improve!

Try to cope with it on a day to day basis by what ever works for you.

I realize that I can not win in this divorce situation. They say they don't want us children to pick sides, yet my step mother has made sure her daughter sticks to her side. Which is causing grief between the two of us. This is a no win situation.

@Britt.f7 ~ lots of :hug: ~ divorce is never easy for anyone. I remember my parents getting a divorce my senior year in high school, talk about timing.

I realize that my fear over a situation is that I'm waiting for the shoe to drop.

It has already dropped once, but I see how good it is for me, so I'm trying to hang in there and take it day by day. Not easy but hopefully, it will get better and the fear will lessen.

Try as I might, I realize I don't like change or disturbance once my week is set. I don't know if I will ever like it frankly... it robs me of peace and calm and keeps me off guard.

Britt my abusive parents divorced when i was a senior in high school and my mom moved out and left me and one brother alone with my sadistic father giving me a note that said I would be better off this way. The divorce completely shattered my toxic family and it only went from bad to worse.

I realize that once I get a job, my education in coping with the Real World will be full of challenges and take me far out of my comfort zone and I hope that I mature in the process.

I realize that I am entirely comfortable in public now. Didn't really think I'd say that.

I realise that I am making progress, and even though I am doing so much better, it does mean feeling the feelings and that is rather uncomfortable. No wonder I dissociated, derealised and depersonalised for SO Long! I realise how it was for me!
