I Wonder What Made Me This Way

I thank you for this thread sun. I realized because of it, a pattern that is happening with me as well. I start to fall asleep and then all the sudden I get really super hot. I have this feeling wash over me but it is almost like a mix between a feeling and a flashback, but I can't actually see the flashback...almost like the emotion is starting to draw a picture for me....but can't quite get there with it. I am not certain what is coming up but I think it is about the past two triggery days. It has just come up since then.... There must be stages of flashbacks...and a process that they follow. I am not sure if there is a spectrum, or trajectory they follow as well as they form.

You're welcome! If my rambling can help anyone else, I'm happy. I wouldn't wonder that your body has some things to say about the past few days that you've had. Yes, it seems as if flashbacks run quite the gamut - they certainly aren't as clear as in the movies! I'm glad you can give yourself some quiet time to process. :hug:
