I'm In The Middle Of A Super Trigger.

I've been having a rough couple of weeks. On the 17th of July had a medical scare in the family which turned out to be a false alarm. Still it sent my adrenaline into a frenzy. I experienced symptoms and crying spells for each of the next 2 days. Was ok but, not great from the 20th-24th. Then I got a late night call from another family member who was worried about a potential moving situation. One that was being considered and they had no control over. So I calmed the situation and its still not decided. It triggered me pretty rough. Also a low pressure system was in the area so my head had tension in various spots. Aches etc. That caused symptoms and crying spells for the next 3 days 25th-27th. It lifted for two days but, was still more sensitive than usual for symptom free periods. I was sharing a story on saturday the 30th and my stomach started butterfly up. Felt fear. This caused a trigger and crying spell.

I had been fine until today. More stable than previous few symptom free periods. Of course my greatest ptsd nemesis strikes again. A bad dream. Always in the morning in the hours before I wake up. Caused a trigger and a crying spell. It seems like I am in some kind of a cycle. I think I more sensitive and prone to these things to occur. Almost like my cup only spills part of the ptsd.

EFT works great, there are also great meditation videos on U tube, I also have brain pain on CD, not sure if that is available on UTube. I hate those triggers too and they are at their worst when people who I hate want to get close to me, almost unbearable.
Yes, when your symptoms are getting worse you may be wandering towards psychosis, that is one of the worst symptoms. If you notice psychosis it is best to stay home for a day or two.

I also get dizzy spells, anxiety attacks. Severe headaches accompany my big trigger days. Have any of you ever had headaches so bad, it seemed like your brain was shaking inside your skull, as if the brain was detached and literally moving and bouncing around your skull?

Needless to say that is so painful and accompanies total loss of balance, nasty stuff.
