Sufferer I'm New - Having trouble Grounding

Glad you found it, heaps of wisdom here and people who can be a great support - as you have already seen.

I find loud music really helps me - has to be really loud though so I can feel it in my bones. I’ve learnt from others here too - the naming five senses thing works and exercise is my main go-to. I have experimented with holding ice and hot/cold showers work as well.

Keep talking. Keep trying. As Friday says you’ve already started and that’s awesome.

Everyone has pretty much covered all the grounding in my tool box except one --
I come here

Yep. One of the best things I can do to keep myself present is come chat here and remember - this place didn't exist in trauma time.
