Undiagnosed Is anybody anhedonic from C-PTSD?

My anhedonia started at the age of 7 when my father killed my pet goat 'Nanny' and her two kids and forced me to eat the meat as he threatened me with a fresh green 'switch'. My father, mother, grandmother, brother and sister were all laughing at me. It was the first time I can remember being depressed and thereafter a persistent feeling of unhappiness and separateness. CSA from a family friend began about two years later and the anhedonia then became chronic.

CBD, nutrition and lifestyle medicine. CPSTD, MDD since young too. I am 61 and only just discovered this word Anhedonia!

Thanks for your response...it's been more than a year since i responded to the OP; and my psychiatrist has just added ADHD (lifelong and adult) and OCD. It's like I'm collecting the alphabet. The medication she has prescribed seems to be working better than anything i have had in the last 30-40 years...at last!
