My friend "J" seems to be doing better in many ways, the same in other ways. I think being able to feel comfortable talking to me about anything has helped him a lot. I know it has helped me to feel comfortable telling him anything about me. I think it helps him to feel useful in helping me through my darkness instead of me always helping him. We talk daily and are just continuing on this path of friendship. Not sure what the future holds for us, but it is really good right now.
