I have PTSD too, I'm almost 64 and I did that shit in my 20's but I've grown up now, and have learned to deal with stress in much quieter ways.
That´s great! I´m in my late twenties. I used to have far worse PTSD. I understand that PTSD is not an excuse for bad behavior. But I think you know where I´m coming from. Panic and anger are not intentional, there is usually something that triggers it, and if I get upset for just two minutes, for me this is progress. I used to get upset for hours, even days. As mentioned, I have a major repertoire of coping skills. They are just not 100% guaranteed to work in 100% of the situations. Sometimes I slip.
