This sounds like a slightly ramdom question, without any background information. What makes you think she may be taking xanax? What concerns you, if she is? Is it possible to talk to her about your concerns?

The best possible way to find out is to ask her point blank. If she says no and you feel she is lying, then you could go snooping around, but that type of trust issue is no good for the marriage.

I would suggest marriage counceling if she tells you she is not taking it and you have proof she is.
