I have been using an app on my phone for about a month to track my moods. I have noticed recently just how helpful it has been. It shows the ups and the down and the time it takes to get to both. It also shows all the different emotions you feel over time and the levels. It allows for you to do a journal entry on everyday which is time stamped and dated. You can also share easily with your T by text or email. It has helped me understand my process and I have been able to go back through my sharp ups in anxiety with my T and become better aware of my triggers. She also pointed out that I could track that it does go down and have hope when I am in a bad way. I made mine so that lower means I'm doing good and higher means I'm not doing good and it track negative emotions since you can't really do both. I also paid the dollar to make mine private. It could have more detail but working great for me. See if it works for you. It's called Moodtrack Diary and is blue with clouds and colorful letters.
