Morning Terror

I am having a good bit of anxiety trouble in general. Probably the last three months. It is all familiar but I have never known what lay beneath. I have only had a diagnosis for nine months, though my symptoms have dated from when I was in my teens. Knowing the why almost makes it worse. Before I could convince my self I had some malaise or other. That is for a diary entry, if I can muster up the wherewithal to accomplish that.

The morning shakes have been back a while, and now the terror has ramped up. I am stuck in my bed. It is such a gorgeous world out there, so many wonderful things to do. Each morning I shake so hard I don't have the strength to sit upright. By noon I am exhausted and go back to sleep for two to three hours.

What is this?

Maybe it is because mornings are almost always worst for symptoms.

My husband use to be terrible every morning. shaking, crying and really not wanting to know what was out there in the world.

A few years on and this is not as bad, not happening as often and almost always passes within the hour.

You have to push yourself past this gradually, and it will get easier in time.
