Things are so weird. Im fine one min and the next min its super hard to breath, chest is very tight, heart racing. Its anxiety but its coming up on me weird. Im calm and as content as i can be and boom. And im trying to talk to someone (or a customer) and its like i just ran around the building, cant catch my breath.

No more self harm ok?!
