Sufferer New to the forum life, ptsd for half my life.

Hi everyone I am new to forum, I did not want to post because I never use forums or talk to anyone but I thought I would give it a try. I live in the UK I am in my 30s and I have had PTSD for just over half of my life. I am fed up with it.

Welcome, and we certainly understand 'being fed up with it'.... but you will get a lot of support, validation and suggestions here to help you thru just being sick and tired of being sick and tired.....
