Omg I Have Committed To Going Back To Work

. This is good news!!!! You deserve a nap and maybe something else special that you don't normally treat yourself to. Congrats!!

I then sat and deleted almost 700 emails, which took most of the time.
Haha!! That made me chuckle. When I went back to work, I found that I had been sent 2 emails every day that I'd been off. One telling me my mail limit had reached the maximum allowed, and another telling me my email address was suspended because I had not accessed it for over a month!!! That totalled about 700 emails!! No wonder my inbox was full

It sounds like you survived, with success. Well done!! You will be fine on Thursday, and it will get ever easier (but just in case, I will be cheering you on from the sidelines!!)

Hooray, well done KP. I'm not surprised you had a little nap, I think it takes so much concentration that you end up knackered. Good luck for Thursday, not that you will need it lol

What aromatherapy oils do you use? AThis something I have been wanting to try.

I always carry lemon oil with me and use either that or bergamot oil at work. There is a thread which has great aromatherapy advice. Amethyst gives some wonderful advice and some useful does and don'ts.

KP,
Great to hear you are back at work and working on increasing your times. My wife gave me exactly the same advice as far as breaking things down into doable tasks; she does it all the time with work, school, house, and me! My job can be just plain stressful sometimes and I can get myself worked up the night before we have certain jobs planned. I just try to take things a chunk at a time and when I feel myself start to stress out or get real anxious I try to step back and take a breath.
Again, great to hear you are making progress!

Thank you. And your wife is a wise woman.

Not hijacking your thread KP, just posting up the link for the aromatherapy that you mentioned to CHW.

I hope you find something you can use Charlie, just ask if you get stuck.
