Mom's class wanted recipes that were healthy... brought in about 10 recipes. Made me smile, gave a copy to mom's day care LPN who'd asked the same day.

Bodi "errrr'ed then whooo woo'd" me at 4:15 am to tell me papa didn't give him his good puppy (dog biscuit). I love that dog and I didn't even mind getting up to give it to him. He makes me smile. We are watching each other as we age up and have more difficulties.

Memories of my sister and I indulging in herbal therapy and the many times we spent rolling on the floor with laughter. Such treasured memories make me smile and ease the grief that I feel.

Mom's mood improving enough to have some laughter … improvement. Smiled cuz it was good to hear and even mister validated I made the right/a good decision (paxil med decrease by 1/2).
